By accessing or using Audity SEO ("the Service"), available at audityseo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Audity SEO is an online SEO analysis tool that scans websites and provides detailed reports including scores, issues, and recommendations. The Service is available in both free and paid tiers, each with different usage limits and features.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit malicious, illegal, or phishing URLs for analysis.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service.
• Use automated tools to excessively scrape or overload the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The SEO reports generated by the Service belong to you. You are free to share, download, and use them as you see fit. However, the Audity SEO platform, including its code, design, branding, and algorithms, is the intellectual property of Audity SEO and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD or BRL depending on your region. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

The SEO analysis, scores, and recommendations provided by Audity SEO are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audity SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Catarina, Brazil.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
